This property is available immediately or I will consider a signed lease with deposit and first month's rent to start May 1, 2017.   Monthly rental is $2200 plus utilities.  Owner will maintain lawn.  Leasee is responsible for snow removal.  Security deposit of $2200 due at contract signing, 1st and last monthly rental  due on move in date.  NO SMOKING, strickly enforced. Small pets considered.
